STUDIO RENTAL for MAKERS

Are you an artist or creative maker looking for short or long term studio rental options?

Listen studios offers a sanctuary to rekindle relationships with nature and your artistic practice. All rates include use of folding tables, chairs, lights and access to basic tools, communal kitchen, washroom and sinks. Rental rates include insurance, heat, water and wifi. Affordable options available for storage costs for artworks and supplies.

OPTION 1: $125-150/ month

This rate includes small cupboard OR a portable cupboard to store materials, have access to the space and equipment via calendar booking system.

OPTION 2: $200 / month

This rate includes the above along with art storage in the closet or on the drying racks.

OPTION 3: DAILY / WEEKLY / MONTHLY Rates

These rates are available for self directed studio residencies - send me a message if you would like to discuss cost options.

REDUCED RATES!! Commit to book for one year - take $25 off the monthly rental!

Required Damage deposit will be equal to one month rental. Contact me if you are a low income, marginalized artist for scholarship information!

Are you looking for space to share your knowledge and skills?

Listen Studios offers a space to get messy and experiment in! All rates include use of folding tables, chairs, lights and access to basic tools, communal kitchen, washroom and sinks. Rental rates include insurance, heat, water, wifi, and storage costs for artworks to dry.

OPTION 1: $150 for day or evening workshop (24 hours)

OPTION 2: $275 for two day or evening workshop

REDUCED RATES!! Commit to book 5 workshops in a year, take 15% off all 5 of the rentals! OR if you require more than 2 days - contact me to discuss reduced rental rate options.

Required Damage deposit will be equal to rental fee.
